Hatha Yoga in English

This class is based on traditional Hatha Yoga asanas and focuses on building a strong foundation in each posture, with proper alignment, deep stretching, modifications to accommodate the students needs, and breathing techniques.
You will leave feeling aligned, balanced and more confident in your practice.
If you are new to yoga, choose Yoga 101 instead.

I am Claudia, a certified teacher of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance), Yin Yoga (RYT 50 Yoga Alliance), and a trained Breath Coach®.
My background includes diplomas in ballet, contemporary dance, and Indonesian dance and music, as well as years of experience teaching and performing Argentinian tango.
This multidisciplinary foundation gives me a deep understanding of the body, movement, and alignment. I offer an expert and personalized approach to yoga, creating a space where students feel supported, guided, and encouraged to explore their practice with awareness and intention.
